Is my preferred date confirmed immediately?
The booking is recorded immediately, but the workshop may contact you when the requested slot needs adjusted.
Can I request collection and delivery?
Yes. Select collection during booking and provide the full address and vehicle condition. Availability depends on area and capacity.
How do repair approvals work?
The service team creates individual items. You can accept or decline each failure, advisory or recommendation separately in your portal.
Where can I find service reports?
Completed PDFs are stored securely against the relevant vehicle in your customer portal.
How are service reminders calculated?
The system tracks both months and mileage and uses whichever service limit is expected first.
Can I add more than one vehicle?
Yes. A customer account can manage multiple personal or household vehicles.
