A preferred date or time is not guaranteed until accepted by Paisley Autocare. The team may contact you to agree an alternative.
Prices and quotations
Displayed prices may be starting prices. Final pricing can depend on vehicle specification, oil, refrigerant, parts and diagnostic findings. Additional work requires customer authorisation.
Collection and delivery
Customers must disclose whether a vehicle is not driveable. A standard collection may be refused where recovery equipment is required or the vehicle is unsafe to move.
Repair decisions
Accepting an item authorises Paisley Autocare to proceed at the displayed price. Revised prices should be resubmitted for approval.
Payment
Payment arrangements are confirmed before vehicle release. Online card and finance features will be introduced in a later implementation stage.
